Satin Sheet

the pro's and con's of using satin

Did you know that... satin sheets can be very slippery? Or that Satin Sheets may snag?

There is nothing as luxurious (and decadent) as slipping between wonderful Satin Sheets.
There are some things to consider before you buy them:

They can hold in the heat.(wonderful in winter)
They can snag (If you have rough skin, you will
soon know it)
They can be very slippery (don't fall out of bed)

They need care in laundering.

Satin sheets must be laundered with tepid or cool water.
Heat is an enemy of satin.

Satin sheets must be dried in the dryer on fluff. Dryer heat is even more dangerous to satin.

Make sure that you do not have anything with zippers or things that can snag your sheet when you launder them

Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine, and fluff dry.

Use a mild soap such as woolite on your sheets and pillowcases.

Your satin sheets can last for many years if you take care in laundering and drying them

Make sure you read the laundering instructions on the label or that came with your wonderful sheets.

Caring for your satin sheets can bring many wonderful years of enjoyment

As you slide between the sheets, think of yourself as a princess or prince, living in luxury.

Take care of your sheets and they will last a long time.
